Banks and transaction details for bank transfer payments
Know what are the banks with which you can receive bank transfers.
The payment process with bank transfer (transfer in) in Ecuador is done through an online payment Bank-User (not related to Kushki).
In Ecuador you can process transfers with two processors: traditional bank transfer and DeUna!, the digital wallet backed by Banco Pichincha. Each one has its own banks, amounts and limits.

Apps compatible with DeUna!
DeUna! payments are debited from the balance of the user’s DeUna! account, not from a bank account. Depending on the payment experience you display in your checkout, the user can complete the payment from these apps.

The following are the minimum and maximum amounts supported, depending on the bank.
| Bank | Minimum Amount | Maximum Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Banco Pichincha | 1 USD | 10,000 USD |
| Banco de Guayaquil | 1 USD | 10,000 USD |
DeUna! amounts and limits

|---|---|
| Minimum amount per transaction | 1 USD, not configurable |
| Maximum per user, per day | 5,000 USD |
| Maximum per user, per month | 36,000 USD |

The daily and monthly limits are defined by DeUna! and apply per user, not per merchant. A user who reaches their limit will not be able to pay on your site until it resets, even if your merchant has not reached any cap.
DeUna! supports non-recurring card-not-present pay-ins only. It is not available for payouts or for recurring charges.
Availability by integration type
Not all DeUna! experiences are available in every integration type.
