Chargebacks

Kushki can send webhook events that notify your application when one of the following events occurs in relation to a chargeback:

Chargeback initialized (INITIALIZED): when a new chargeback is generated for your business. A deadLine (in Unix format) will be included within the information that will indicate the time limit you have to upload the corresponding documents; in the same way, you will be told the reason for the chargeback.
Pending chargeback (PENDING): when the chargeback has been opened and your merchant must attach the documentation support from the Administration Console.
Review chargeback (REVIEW): the chargeback goes to this state once your business sends the support documents for review. At Kushki we will have a maximum period of 60 days to indicate the resolution of the chargeback .
Failed chargeback (FAILED): occurs when an invalid email is entered when initiating the chargeback.
Chargeback approved (APPROVAL): occurs when the chargeback is resolved in favor of your client after analyzing the documentation.
Chargeback declined (DECLINED): this status occurs when the chargeback is denied to your client.
Chargeback expired ( EXPIRED): this status occurs when your business does not send the supporting documentation within the established period (72 business hours).
