The distribution of funds or money in cash is a service that simplifies financial management. You can make payments so that money is received physically at a cash point.
The Payment Process
Steps of the Payment Process
The payment distribution process usually involves 8 stages, which are detailed as follows:
Add Funds to your Kushki Payout account
Before the distribution process, you must check your merchant balance in Kushki. If you do not have funds, we recommend you add them to your Payout account, so that your payment distribution goes smoothly.
1. Data Request.
In this step, the data that identify the user who will receive the money are collected. These are submitted to Kushki to be validated and processed.
2. Funds Check.
Kushki receives the data that you submitted and validates that your business account has enough funds to process the payment distribution. The balance will be immediately discounted from your Kushki Payout account.
If you do not have funds in your Payout account, you need to add them as soon as possible.
3. Authorization.
After we have verified that you have enough funds, we issue a voucher that will serve as a reference for the user to receive the money at a cash point.
4. Payment Channeling.
With the voucher in hand, the user will have to go to a cash point and mention the withdrawal reference. Note that if the user does not withdraw his money within the scheduled period, the payment reference will expire automatically. If an expiration date is not defined for the payment reference, it will have a default validity of 7 days.
6. Cash Withdrawal.
If the reference was verified and authorized, the money will be given to the user and Kushki will be immediately notified.
7. Notification to the Merchant.
At this point, Kushki has already received a withdrawal notification, we will immediately notify your business of the result of the transaction.
8. User Notification.
This step is optional, but very useful. After we have notified you of the result of the transaction, you may share it to your user. Distribute payments in cash safely.
